Linda won an award in the 2001 NSW Natural Bodybuilding Championships, coming 3rd in ‘figure’. A mother of two, aged 44, Linda also has a Bachelor degree in Education.

With a degree in Exercise Science and a graduate diploma in education, Niki is qualified to teach physical education, health and personal development. Niki enjoys the interaction with each client that allows her the opportunity to make a real difference in their life. Niki is also a champion Dragon Boat racer who has competed at both state and national level. |

luke mcquestinCertificate IV qualified Master Fitness Trainer Luke has been weight training for more than 10 years. He has owned his own remedial massage business in Tasmania and has worked as a sports and conditioning coach for the Old Scotch Collegians Footbal Club in Launceston. He has worked in conjunction with chiropractors, physiotherapists and an osteopath helping to manage and rehabilitate injuries. Luke has a caring, compassionate style as a trainer and never seems to get flustered. He enjoys playing Australian Rules Football. |
