On the Accentu8 program, you can achieve measurable results training for 30 minutes once per week. Weight training with correct form builds lean muscle (also called ‘tone’), which raises metabolism, thereby helping to burn body fat and maintain fat loss.
Weight training also improves your strength, bone density and emotional well being. Strength training helps to manage stress and anxiety by helping the release of endorphins, your body’s own ‘feel-good’ chemicals.
